Quick answers

Do my volunteers need to make an account?
No. They open your link, tick their shifts and type their name and email. Only the coordinator has an account.
Does it cost anything?
No. VolunteerSlot is free to use.
Will it work for my volunteers who aren't good with technology?
If they can open a link in an email, they can sign up. It works on any phone, tablet or computer, and there’s nothing to download.
What if a volunteer can't make their shift?
Their confirmation email has a “Need a sub?” link. Everyone else on the schedule is asked, and the first to say yes takes it. You don’t have to make a single phone call.
Can I try it before I tell anyone?
Yes. Nobody sees a schedule until you send them its link, so you can build one, open the link yourself and look around first.
